That's the way you like it! Wine Tasting at the Wine Estates. An unusual and exceptional experience!

A very informative and enjoyable day under supervision of a real wine connoisseur as the guide assisted by famous winemakers! It starts at 10.00 p.m. with breakfast picknick in a beautiful garden at a pond.

At about 11.00 a.m. this winy tasting begins at the smallest official wine cellar of South Africa, the home of the real specialists for Merlot. At the vineyard, in the cellar and in the tasting room our "scientist under the winemakers" gives extensive explanations about the whole process of planting and making top-quality wines. Three different styles of a Merlot are going to be tasted with some cheese and biltong. These clear wines, carefully harvested and gently fermented, are drinkable just as well in the morning; because of its excellent quality!

At about 13:00 a.m. another boutique wine estate is waiting for us. It's a family business based on the knowledge of a lady winemaker located in the Stellenbosch Mountains. Their white wines both Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay are outstanding.

At about 15:00 a.m. a very intensive tasting of red and white wines takes place in Paarl in a beautiful tasting room or alternatively on the breezy terrace in front of the duck and swan pond. This wine estate is very well known for its first class Shiraz. But besides that, it is convincing the wine lovers with an excellent Sauvignon Blanc. These top wines are complemented by easy drinking white and red blends.

In the afternoon a wonderful early dinner buffet is waiting for our guests, it is called The Indonesian Rijsttafel, with a veriaty of very tasty dishes. Prawns, fish, beef, chicken and lamb is accompanied by a selection of rice and vegetable dishes and ... some bottles of real good wines out of the region of Wellington.
